@benpate I could see this overlapping with the community funding stuff. One thing I would love to see us advocate for as part of this is a pledge for community funding to send x% to developers of their server software, because that is part of funding the community too.

Let's Make an Agenda+1 to follow-on meetings, zoom works for me, as does 8am Pacific on weekends
Agreed that we are likely not recommending spec changes, but rather discussing and sharing strategies, and possibly helping with implementations.
I think success looks like more experiments with different payment models / features out in the wild, and sharing what we learn as we implement these.
